Based in Orlando, this year’s PCI Productivity Tour and Workshop will include visits to five central Florida precast operations over a November 6–9 schedule: Metromont Corp. in Bartow; Finfrock in Orlando; Gate Precast in Kissimmee; plus Coreslab Structures and Standard Concrete Products in Tampa.
Directed to general managers, along with plant or production managers and superintendents, the annual PCI program is conducted every fall in a different region of the country. It helps participants network and discover innovative techniques for improving productivity, training and process control; eliminating plant bottlenecks; and, increasing profitability. An “Ideas That Pay Off” contest and dinner sees cash prizes awarded to attendees presenting the best process improvement or money-saving idea that they have implemented in their operations.
