Following a late-2011 transaction, KF Controls LLC, Coon Rapids, Minn., has joined the Egan Co, a premiere industrial service business. KF Controls will continue to service the concrete products industry with KFBatch control and data processing systems, backed with the full electrical and mechanical support from the 700-employee Egan, based in Brooklyn Park, Minn.
Egan/KF Controls is now pursuing integrated control solutions for all concrete products plants (precast, block/paver, pipe, packaging, and ready mixed) including batching, mixing, moisture control, colored mud feeding, special material/color dispensing, aggregate handling, down-time recording, OEE, labeling, and special machine and material handling controls. Turnkey solutions are now available with Egan’s electrical/mechanical construction services.
