CRH Americas Materials Division Chief Executive Doug Black has been appointed to a newly created position for Atlanta-based Oldcastle Inc., president and chief operating officer, reporting to CEO Mark Towe. Black joined Oldcastle in 1995 and has held a series of executive positions in the Oldcastle Precast, Architectural Products (APG) and Materials operations.
Succeeding him at Americas Materials is Randy Lake, who most recently served as chief executive officer of Americas Building Solutions, which focuses on strategic and national accounts. He joined Oldcastle in 1996 and has held progressively more senior operating and leadership positions at APG and Materials.
CRH has also announced the appointment of Keith Haas as chief executive officer of an expanded Americas Building Products Group, now consisting of the APG, Precast and Building Envelope businesses. He joined Oldcastle in 1995 and has progressed through a series of senior management positions at Oldcastle and in the Distribution and APG operations. Haas more recently lead the current Oldcastle Building Products group, spanning the APG and Precast businesses.
