The pattern prevents abrasive particles from becoming trapped between straight weld runs found in traditional hard-weld steels, they add, helping to minimize wear during pallet movement.
With a 64-66 Rockwell hardness rating, ExtraChrome Snake wear plates are available to suit most unit masonry machines, while non-standard plates are manufactured to producer specification.
