PCI eLearning Center: CEU 24/7

Billed as the first education management system dedicated to the precast concrete structures industry, PCI eLearning Center is a free, 24-hour online education resource for architects and engineers to earn continuing education credits on demand. It enables users to create a personal profile and access an increasing number of online courses, each including a recorded webinar presentation, companion reference materials, and quiz.

 

“PCI is proud to offer design professionals this outstanding new program,” says PCI President James Toscas, P.E. “They can easily log on, view a one-hour webinar course at any time, and then complete a quiz for continuing education credit.” Each course is registered for credit with such organizations as American Institute of Architects and U.S. Green Building Council, he adds, and qualified for continuing education credit in all states.

Inaugural courses are Designing with the 7th Edition PCI Design Handbook: An Introduction; Life Cycle Assessment and How It Can Contribute to Sustainable Design; Parking Structures: Best Practice to Design, Build and Maintain; Quality Assurance  –Your Lifeline to a Better Project; Precast Concrete – Providing Aesthetic Versatility in Color, Form, and Texture; and, Designing Building Envelopes to Meet Sustainable and Aesthetic Goals – Parts I & II.
