Architectural and structural precast concrete producer Gate Construction Materials Group will operate all production facilities under the name Gate Precast Co. The Gate Concrete Products Co. name has been used since 1980 for flagship and Pearland, Texas, structural precast plants.
The name change reinforces the company’s long-term strategy to advance its management, operational, sales and technical capabilities to be the leading provider of precast concrete systems, and strengthens the identity of each of its eight facilities. Adds Gate Precast President and Chief Operating Officer Dean Gwin, “[It] more closely reflects the variety of precast products we provide and will lead to a more cohesive marketing and sales approach for the group.”
