Borders Takes Helm At Tarmac, Johnson Named To Titan Executive Post

A 13-year Titan America veteran, most recently head of the Separation Technologies LLC subsidiary, Pat Borders has been named president of Tarmac America LLC. His promotion was announced along with the appointment of Hardy Johnson as Chief Government & Public Affairs Officer, coordinating strategies, plans and actions across the enterprise. He moves into the newly created position after 10 years as president of Titan’s Florida Business Unit, during which he also served as National Ready Mixed Concrete Association and Florida Concrete & Products Association (FC&PA) chairman.

Titan America has also named Randy Dunlap president of Separation Technologies and Essex Cement Co. LLC; he maintains his current responsibilities with the former subsidiary as vice president, Southern Region Sales and Operations. Additionally, Tim Kuebler has been named Tarmac America senior vice president, Cement and Aggregates, after serving as vice president, Cement & Aggregates Sales & Marketing, since 2003. The promotion coincides with his term as FC&PA 2010 chairman.
