Introduced at bauma 2010 in Munich, the Jumper series of small mobile concrete plants is engineered for standard trailer transport or delivery in 40-ft. containers, plus setup and operation without need for foundations. Models are supplied with galvanized components and service-ready electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

The Jumper 750, equipped with a Simem SUN750 planetary mixer capable of 0.5-m_ output, suits on-site operation with discharge on lifting buckets, stationary pumps, or small precast plants. The model has aggregate storage capacity equivalent to 20 m_ and can be divided into four compartments.

The Jumper2500 is equipped with a Simem MSO2500 twin-shaft mixer capable of 1.7 m_ output; features two-, three- or four-compartment aggregate storage equivalent to 20 m_ (or optional 50 m_); and, incorporates a cement scale, plus metered water device. The D1, a Jumper seriesÌ dry-batching model, provides 3.5 m_ output and aggregate storage matching the 2500. —www.simem.com
