NRMCA will host on April 13 the first in a series of online lectures, Tough Times, Tough Sellers: Webinars for Concrete Sales Managers and Reps. In three, one-hour sessions during the month, The Concrete Sales Manager’s Coaching Series will gear sales executives and business owners to help sales reps find more business, keep up margins, and strengthen customer relationships. In May, the three-part Sales Playbook Series will concentrate on tools, tips and tactics for reps to thrive in a challenging economy.
Tim McMahon, a member of the Professional Society of Sales and Marketing Training, will conduct both series. Participants will earn a certificate of completion to be applied toward elective credits for NRMCA’s STEPS Sales Promotion Track in the Certified Concrete Professional (CCPf) program.
