Tim Stansbury has joined Chaney Enterprises‘ leadership team as the Chaney Lean, or Clean, engineering manager, using full access within the flagship business, plus C Concrete and Rowe Materials affiliates, to increase customer satisfaction, productivity and efficiency, while implementing processes and methods to reduce costs and eliminate waste. In addition, he will be actively engaged in teaching Lean principles and applications throughout the companies. Formerly a plant manager of the General Motors manufacturing operation in Baltimore, Stansbury already has effected what Chaney officials contend are noticeable improvements through engaging offices and production facilities in the five steps of Lean programs.
