Insulfoam announces the recent promotion of Rich Holen to manager, Strategic Business Development. In that capacity, he will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the company’s national markets, focusing on retail, commercial roofing, and below-grade insulation sectors. Besides working with sales and product management teams to increase the company’s share in these market segments, Holen will cultivate private labeling opportunities. Previously, Holen served as Insulation Product manager for Carlisle SynTec before joining Insulfoam as general manager at its Anderson, S.C., facility.
