Las Vegas-based Southwestern Pavers Inc. has doubled its size by acquiring the assets of local competitor, Regal Hardscapes. The latter is an installation division of Bradstone, a paving stone producer and division of Aggregate Industries UK Ltd. Bradstone has secured its role as a key paving stone supplier and eliminated the conflict of interest with local contractors and installers, company officials note. The new direction allows for Bradstone to channel energy and resources towards research and development of new hardscape lines, they add, and providing the best products and services to their key customers.

Southwestern Pavers has made great strides to position themselves as the local leader in paver installation, says Bradstone Vice President Steve DeBever. They are Home Depot and Lowe’s certified paving stone installers [and] aggressive in their marketing and growth initiatives to remain Las Vegas’ premier paving stone installer.

Southwestern Pavers will utilize Bradstone as a key vendor. The company has been serving Las Vegas since 2003 and quickly become a leader in hardscape design and installation. Business model success has prompted Southwestern Pavers to create a franchise, Designer Hardscapes, available for license in markets across the country.
