Pennsylvania’s Superior Walls by Weaver Precast celebrated a milestone recently, installing its four millionth linear foot of precast foundation. Since the company started in 1985, it has placed more than 757 miles of basement walls in the mid-Atlantic region. A permanent barrier against sidewall water penetration is provided by the Xi wall foundation system, which comprises reinforced concrete wall panels featuring 2_ inches of continuous Dow Styrofoam. The system has achieved an Energy Star rating for warmth and efficiency.
