In its second annual Sack Program, packaged concrete mainstay Sakrete of North America LLC will partner with six National Football League teams to support HomeAid, a national non-profit provider of housing for the homeless. Sack participants for the 2007 NFL season are the Carolina Panthers, New York Giants, San Francisco 49ers, San Diego Chargers, Seattle Seahawks and Atlanta Falcons. At the end of the regular season, the player with the most sacks from each participating team will have $5,000 donated in his name to HomeAid. The Panthers, Giants and 49ers participated in last year’s inaugural Sakrete Sack Program, which raised $12,500. Program leaders throughout the regular season will be tracked at www.sakrete.com.
