The Post-Tensioning Institute, Phoenix, recently finalized plans for its Sixth Annual Technical Conference and Exhibition, May 6-8, at the Radisson Hotel Miami Downtown. Focusing exclusively on rapidly developing post-tensioning technology and applications, the two-day event will feature educational seminars, technical sessions, panel discussions, committee meetings, networking opportunities, industry exhibits, and the PTI Legends Awards presentation and dinner.

Topics of interest to engineers, architects, building officials, inspectors, contractors, specifiers, and researchers will be covered in technical sessions that explore building design, slab-on-ground foundations, construction coordination, post-tensioned bridges, repair and rehabilitation, plus seismic/wind design. Ask the Expert on Post-Tensioned Buildings will provide a Q&A format permitting interaction between the audience and an expert panel comprising designers, contractors, and industry representatives. Moreover, all attendees are welcome to attend PTI technical committee meetings convened throughout the conference.

Attendees will receive Continuing Education Units/Professional Development Hours for technical session and committee meeting participation, or by registering for an optional seminar (for an additional fee).
