A movie theater under construction in Rogers, Minn., will feature Fabcon’s VersaCore Plus wall panels. More than 65,000 square feet of precast panels with uniform rib finish will be used to build the multi-screen complex. Amcon Construction, architect and contractor for the project, began erection in August.

Project principals reportedly selected VersaCore Plus panels for their premium thermal efficiency, structural integrity, and design flexibility, plus the benefits of low shipping costs from Fabcon’s Savage, Minn., flagship plant, and the ability to cast window and door openings during panel production. Moreover, Fabcon officials note, a wide range of standard and custom finish options, as well as a variety of aggregate designs, helps create a distinctive appearance for commercial construction projects.
