Orange County, Fla.-based Finfrock Design-Manufacture-Construct has contracted to provide design-build services for a 913-car garage for Highwoods Properties to be built at Highwoods Preserve in Tampa. Construction of the four-level garage began in May, and completion is slated for late December 2006.
A mid-year Î06 groundbreaking is planned for a 950-car garage to be erected by Finfrock for EB Developers as part of the Landmark @ Doral project in Doral, Fla. Scheduled for completion during the first quarter of 2007, the long and narrow, two-bay, 2.5-level garage is required to service the office/residential condo/retail components of Landmark @ Doral now under development.
Successfully bidding for the design and construction of a 325-car garage for the Village of Imagine in Orlando, Finfrock will begin building the structure in December 2006, targeting completion the following July. Ledcor/Hardin is the construction manager for the Canadian developer Intrawest.
