Company’s vibrating table helps produce better surface finishes in less time, offering what product engineers note is increased profitability and capacity. Each vibrating table features rugged construction, and is built to suit individual applications. Producers can choose electric or pneumatic vibrators and options such as variable speed control, foot pedal start/stop, automatic timers, or remote control. In addition to custom-made plants, Inventure is now promoting its new Unitized Plant for flexible size, fast delivery and installation. Today, all plants are designed in 3-D to avoid problems at the time of installation. The reverse Inventure drum mixer is a choice for reliable and high volume concrete plants. KENWORTH TRUCK

LIEBHERR CONCRETE TECHNOLOGY

The company has introduced the LDP Concrete Reclaimer Buffer, designed to work with the Liebherr LRS or LRT line of reclaimers, or with any standard concrete reclaiming system. As a leader in the industry, the McNeilus Standard and Bridgemaster set a bar for productivity, profit and performance. As the originator of the Revolution Composite Drum, the company also cites true payload and performance advantages. QUEST SOLUTIONS

The company will exhibit a line of digitized takeoff and estimating products, with hands-on demonstration clinics that allow contractors to try out Quest software. Clinics will be held at 10:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m., 2:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and at 10:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. on Friday. PUMPSTAR

The manufacturer has added a new City Pump model to it truck mounted concrete pump line. The PS 120 pump cell is rated at 120 yd. an hour capacity. This PS 120 City Pump can be mounted on a Sterling, Ford, Freightliner, or any other suitable chassis of the same class. SCHWING AMERICA

Schwing recently expanded its hydraulic ball valve line with the introduction of the HBV 260. With 6- _ 39-in. chromed cylinders and up to 1,100-psi pressure, this new line pump is capable of output to 70 cu. yd./hr. pumping up to 0.5-in. aggregate mixes. Proven open loop hydraulics guarantee long-term, trouble-free operation with minimal maintenance. A 68-hp diesel engine reportedly packs punch with all of the performance of the company’s larger pumps in a smaller package for all around versatility. The manufacturer will also have on display the new Generation II 39-meter placing boom, which reaches 114 ft. horizontally and 96 ft. deep in separate placing boom configuration. Booth C-5244

SICOMA NORTH AMERICA

Production equipment includes twin shaft, planetary/countercurrent, turbine and continuous mixers featuring what company officials note are ruggedness, quality and speed. The SuperMobyMix mobile batch plant, with capabilities up to 275 yd./hr., will be unveiled in Las Vegas. Transportation of the plant consists of two wheeled units, sized for road transportation, and three standard truck trailers. Installation takes about eight hours, with minimal crane requirements and no foundations. The plant is suitable for producing any mix design from 6 in. aggregates to zero slump for paving roads and airports. Booth O-21311

SOLIMAR PNEUMATICS

The manufacturer promotes its Fluidizers technology to assure producers and bulk handlers of efficient flow of cement from bulk carriers, silos, weigh bins and dust collectors. This family of products utilizes vibration and aeration to loosen and discharge dry materials by applying pressure from inside the vessel. The Solimar design forces air to move along the bin wall to assure product movement and clean-out. TEREX ROADBUILDING

The SF2204B HVW hydraulic variable-width paver by Terex Roadbuilding has features that enable contractors to expand their capabilities. For about 12.5 percent of the base machine price, an owner can add the side kit and do median barrier, parapet wall and integral curb work. Booth C-5313

VULCAN SCALE

The manufacturer has announced an on-board concrete mixer scale for McNeilus mixers. It measures the remaining load to within 1 percent of capacity; is reportedly easy to use and reliable; and, can operate alone or interface to an on-board GPS system. Booth N-1864
