Two-, four-point spreader beam

Model 33 modular system is the newest addition to the company’s spreader beam program. Various sections, end or corner fittings, and lifter components net a wide range of beam configurations and capacities. Company’s four-point system can be deployed in square or rectangular formats. In addition, both the two- and four-point system components are interchangeable with similar systems.

Crane control

Venturo Logic Controls (VLC) system provides overload protection, vehicle stability and grade indications, real-time load and status updates, safety alerts and wireless or CAN communication. Low ceiling height fan

Company’s redesigned High-5 model has a 43-in. frame, 10 inches shorter than predecessor model, making it better suited for plant or storage buildings with lower ceiling heights. Available in 8- to 24-ft. diameter sizes, the fan includes an updated mechanism to ease and speed installation: A clamp is placed over the beam and bolts are adjusted.

Conveyor belt speed sensor

The Model BSD (belt speed detector) is a “traction action” motion control that indicates when a conveyor belt has slowed or quit moving altogether. The unit can be adjusted as an overspeed, underspeed, or zero speed control. The output of the Model BSD can be wired into a PLC or DCS, or to the optional RMS controller, which has a DP/DT relay to control up to two separate circuits, one for machinery shutdown and one for an alarm.
