Pathfinder Systems has appointed Jeff Wallace vice president of Sales and Marketing, joining the Holland, Mich., company with 25-plus years’ industry experience. He will be responsible for the flagship Tiger Machine concrete masonry and hardscape unit production and handling equipment, plus Pathfinder’s recently added Prinzing pipe and precast machinery offerings; Schindler processing and Rosetta wet cast equipment; product molds; and, CDS curing systems.
Dean Estoll has joined Hanson Pressure Pipe as vice president, municipal sales, reporting to company president Mike Leathers. Estoll is responsible for oversight of all pressure pipe sales initiatives targeting U.S. and Canadian municipalities and public water agencies. A manufacturing industry veteran who has managed and supported sales operations for North American concrete, steel and pressure pipe companies, he began his career with United Concrete Pipe Corp. and later contributed to market share growth of various manufacturers including L.B. Foster Co., Thompson Pipe & Steel and Insituform Technologies. Most recently, Estoll was employed 13 years at large-diameter, high-pressure water pipe producer Northwest Pipe Co., where he served as group vice president, eastern sales and director of business development, nuclear energy.
