Command Alkon has named Phil Ramsey president, a title in addition to the chief operating officer post he has held since 2005. A University of Tulsa graduate, with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, he joined the construction materials information technology leader in 1991, after more than a decade in industry software and hardware solutions. He will continue to report to Command Alkon Chairman and CEO Ken Robinson.
