The Prestressed Group has recently acquired Renaissance Precast Industries, renaming the River Rouge, Mich., operator International Precast Solutions LLC. Concurrently, the Group has appointed Paul Phillips vice president and general manager of its Windsor operation, Prestressed Systems Inc., and Mark Fusani to those same positions with its Fairfield, Ohio, business Total Precast Solutions LLC (formerly Hollowcore Midwest). International Precast Solutions allows Prestressed Group to cover customers' full range of project needs, from estimating and design to structural and architectural precast production and installation.
