Arto “Archie” Heikkila has 23 years experience in industrial automation, the last 20 of them in concrete batching and mixing controls.

Robert Ober is a recognized authority on concrete mixing and material handling. His 25 years of experience has seen him involved in some of North America's most important civil works projects, development of high-performance concrete mixers and Self Compacting Concrete (SCC). In addition, Ober was a pioneer in the development of twin-shaft mixing in North America and has facilitated the twin-shaft specification for Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC) for dams and road-building.

Bruce has over 30 years experience in the admixture industry. In his career, he has held positions in product development, marketing, sales and sales management. Bruce has also spent time in the ready mix concrete industry where he started his career with Rinker Materials and he has been a principal in a mid-size ready-mix company. Bruce is a member of ACI committee 212 – Chemical Admixtures and is a regular speaker on topics relating to admixtures at many different conferences.
